Returns & Refunds

Close the Loop does not accept returns or exchanges for Cartridge Takeback Program items unless the item supplied is defective.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@closetheloop.com.au with:

• Your order details

• A description of the defect

Once the returned item is received and assessed, Close the Loop will notify you within a reasonable timeframe whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
Approved refunds or replacements will be processed using the original method of payment.

Returns & Order Cancellations

You may cancel your Battery Box order within 30 days without providing a reason.

The cancellation period expires 30 days from:

• The date you received the Battery Box; or

• The date a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify Close the Loop via a clear statement by:

Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and will be processed using the original method of payment. No additional fees will be charged for reimbursement.

Definitions

For the purposes of this policy:

• Company refers to Close the Loop Group Limited, 208 Hume Highway, Somerton VIC 3062

• Goods refers to items offered for sale via the Service

• Orders means a request to purchase Goods

• Service refers to the Close the Loop website and portal

• Website refers to the Close the Loop Members Portal at members.closetheloop.com.au

• You means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service

To be eligible for a return:

• The goods must have been purchased within the last 30 days

• The goods must be unused and in original packaging

• The goods must be in the same condition as supplied

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised

• Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have expired

• Goods unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

• Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

Close the Loop reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Note: Only regularly priced goods are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to Close the Loop.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured delivery service, as Close the Loop cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds cannot be issued without:

• Receipt of the returned goods; or

• Proof of confirmed delivery.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued once the return is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
